~7th Grade will end each day with Religion class. We will use our workbook, maintenance sheets, and class discussions to learn more about Jesus and our faith.

~In sixth grade students focused their attention to the Old Testament and God while receiving their Confirmation. Now that they have the gift of the Holy Spirit we will continue to build upon that faith and relate God's message to real life experiences. The curriculum is primarily focused on Christ. We will study the Scriptures, Catholic beliefs and sacred Tradition. We will talk about Mary, the Saints and the Liturgical Year as always. Students will examine their own faith and be encouraged to pray and establish a more personal relationship with Jesus. We hope it will bring them closer to Christ while bringing faith, hope and love to the world around them as they become young adults.

-We will prepare for Confirmation this year as well.  

​

~We will be visited by Father Giardini to help us study Confirmation. He will come to each 7th grade homeroom once a week and use The Chosen workbook. He will answer any questions they have while engaging is discussions that go along with our curriculum. 

 

~Their Religion grade will be determined using tests, quizzes, projects, homework and classroom participation.
